Where Do We Ship?
We currently ship only within the United States, including all states like Alaska or Hawaii.
Shipping is free on all orders, with no minimum purchase required.
Order Processing & Delivery Times
Order Cut-Off: 12:00 EST (midday)
Handling Time: 1–2 days (Monday to Sunday)
Transit Time: 5–7 days (Monday to Saturday)
Once your order has been packed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
Tracking Your Order
A tracking link will be sent to your email once your order is dispatched.
If you do not receive tracking information within 4 days (Monday to Sunday) of placing your order, contact us at contact@babies-universe.com and we’ll be happy to help.
Cancelling Your Order
Orders can be cancelled or modified at no cost before dispatch.
Please email contact@babies-universe.com before your shipping confirmation is sent.
If your order has already been shipped, you may request a return after delivery. Please refer to our Return Policy for more details.
Delayed or Lost Shipments
If your order has not arrived within 2 days after (Monday to Sunday) the expected delivery date, please reach out to us at contact@babies-universe.com.
Allow up to 5 days (Monday to Sunday) for our team to follow up with the courier service.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item is damaged or defective upon delivery, contact us within 48 hours of receipt at contact@babies-universe.com.
